Who We Are...

The Triangle Physician Network (TPN) is a not-for-profit, joint effort between the University of North Carolina Health Care System and Rex Healthcare.

TPN is a regional network of more than 32 physician practices and 115 physicians who deliver a full-range of primary care and specialty services to communities of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas.

TPN provides physician practices the operational support to allow physicians to do what they do best - provide quality patient care. Practices affiliated with TPN have access to additional operational support, specialty and sub-specialty care providers and the healthcare system's electronic medical records system.

To be a physician network that fosters outstanding patient-centered, community-based care by operating practices where physicians are valued and supported, and where patients have access to the full range of services of an integrated health care system.
